Let's talk money

• Tuotr is NOT free. It is free for students to use, but the trainer needs to pay us to cover technology and cloud costs. We charge per unique user/month

  • If a user is in multiple rooms, this is still counted as one user

• There is a 'fair use' clause. What this means is that if you use cloud resources (like storing videos, images, and downloads that consume server bandwidth) and the costs we incur exceed what is reasonable, you will be billed for this. We hope you understand that technology costs money.

• Additional services are chargeable, as these need manpower and supporting costs:

  • Change in login phone number

  • Download and make available all content uploaded to our servers, if you want us to do this for you
