This is a high-level list, should give you a fair idea if Tuotr is for you. This is not a complete list.

• Create 'rooms' - a 'room' is a group of trainers, substitute trainers, assistants and learners.

  • Add or remove people at will (all people you add need to accept your invitation)

• Add instructions, notes, videos and documents to the room - for example rules, do's and dont's, initial training and reference material. These are available to everyone, anytime.

• Add a meeting link - for example a Google Meet or Zoom link, that everyone in this room uses to join a training session

• Schedule assignments, and configure the expected response - for example you might need the response to be a video that is 3 minutes long, and must be live recorded.

  • You can close the assignment so no more submissions are allowed

  • You can track who has completed the assignments

  • You can reject an assignment and ask for resubmission

  • You can privately chat with each student on questions/doubts

• Request for payments, like fees, and track who has paid, and who has not

• Add payment links with a QR code, to collect payments

• Ask students to complete a self-learning task, without it being an assignment

  • Track who has marked this as 'complete'

  • Respond to queries

• Add substitute teachers who have most rights (excluding all payment related messages)

• Add assistants, who can only reply to queries from students

• Chat with all, or specific people

• Reply or message everyone or privately - only that person will see this and these chats are part of the room, you can see all private chats in the same list, no need to switch users and search for connected discussions

• Every chat message can contain multiple audio, video, images, text and more - and this is considered one message. Also add web links to pages, audio, images and videos (including YouTube) - which will open/view/play inside the chat

• All documents, images, videos etc are uploaded and stored on the cloud - no need to manage separate storage

• Tuotr is available for Android, IOS, Windows, Mac & the web - you can use more than one simultaneously

• On large screens, manage multiple rooms in one view

Creating a project

Hit the big '+' button in your sidebar and select 'New Project' from the menu that pops up. Give your project a name, and you're good to go!
